how i do stop a clip time? i mean: if there is one clip that i want to freeze for 5 seconds, and i mean completely freeze it, how do i do that? is there a specific filter?
- Go to the frame
- choose File > Export Frame… from the menu
- give it a name and save
- double-click the file name in the Recent panel
- insert it into your project/timeline as you would any other still image
