Dear ShotCut & it’s community,
Is there a way to take a screenshot of where you are in the video clip in the ShotCut video editor?

Menu > File > Export Frame…

Hi. I have just downloaded Shotcut from cnet and I would also like to take some screen grabs.
However, under file drop down menu there is no ‘export frame’. Nothing to do with frames actually.
Please help.

You need to upgrade. This menu item was added a few versions ago.

I’d say, uninstall, download from here : https://shotcut.org/download/
=> upgrade !
