How do I lock text when background is zooming?

I have a zoom -in filter on one of my frames/scenes to which I added simple text. How do I keep the text from zooming in as well? I don’t see anyway to lock the text filter so that it doesn’t also zoom. Thanks!

Use a text clip : Open Other > Text. And place it on a track above.

Change the order of the filters.

Thanks, it took me a minute to figure out I had to drag it onto that track.
