Hello, I’m unable to adjust the white image around the drawing so that it becomes a frame, so i came here to ask, how do you create a frame to an image? Thank you, and excuse me.
You need to change there filter’s Size mode = Distort. You cannot see it in your screenshot because you need to scroll down within the Filters panel. Since your screen size is rather small it would help by turning off View > Show Text Under Icons, turning on View > Show Small Icons, and reducing track height in the Timeline.
