How can I move the layers on Shotcut?

HI!

I’m new on Shotcut. =D
When we add a new video track, it is always positioned above all the others. I need to rerorganize them. Other softwares allow you to do this by simply dragging and dropping. How can I move the layers on Shotcut?

You can cut and paste clips to aother track or you can ‘Insert track’ above the ‘selected’ track and drag clips from one track to the new empty track. But you can’t move tracks.
