Just want to know what the best export settings are for H.264 lossless
Click on Export File in the presets scroll down to “Lossless”, click on “H.264” in that section. That is how to get lossless H.264. You can see the various settings by clicking on the 3 tabs (Video, Codec, Audio, Other).
