Hi load shotcut and it crashes

I can load videos, to the play list, but when I try to bring one to the time line, it pauses and it crashes. I have the latest and only version. on windows 10
any ideas.

Is GPU Processing (Experimental) enabled? If so, disable it.

Also try setting display method to ‘Automatic’

Additionally, you can try running as Admin (Right-Click shotcut icon > Run as Administrator)

Hi thanks for the info, I did it all and still. I checked the registry, all clean. I get I little more done, it crashes when I try(work) of the end trimming. I work on the beginning trim of the clip, is fine but when I go to the end and move it it crashes often like 8 times in a row per clip.
