Help with Exporting a big Video

So i have edited a 1.5h video i want to post to youtube, the edit isnt to complex some basic cuts and a intro, but i cant seem to find good export settings. I exported my video once with Hardware encoder and about 85% Quality on 1920x1080 60fps and the video was Choppy and the file size increased from like 13gb to 50gb. Im trying with slight lower quality rn (60%) and no Hardware encoder as some tread said it migh help with the choppy video. But now the Export takes 3hours instead of 50min.

PC specs:
i7-7700k 4.2Ghz
Nvidia 1080ti
32gb 3200Mhz RAM
Samsung SSD 860 EVO

Did you tick the option for parallel processing when exporting?

I did rn it kinda worked but took about 3hours, is there anything that could optimize the export speed tho ?
