Hi Guys
i’m trying to fix a issue here (n00b to shotcut). I recorded a video of me playing street fighter. This is on V1. Now if you look at the attached image, i have left, right and also up/down black bars all around the game.
What i was hoping to do was add this static background image that i have on V2 so its in the background, transparent kind of deal so you can see me playing the game but instead of all the bar bars, you would see the image .
Is this possible? I assume i have to work with filers, but not sure which ones.
V2= Street fighter image i want in the background for people to see
