Help! Just trying to upload an audio track

Help! Just trying to upload an audio track with a stationary picture for youtube.
I’m really dumb so please bear with me.

Nobody knows how to do this?

The easiest way to do this is to add both the static picture and your audio track to your Playlist collection. Drag the picture to the Timeline to create a small video clip.

To get the audio to play, create a new Audio track, then drag the audio into there. Then stretch the picture’s clip to the width of the audio track and you’re basically set. Save the project, export the clip and presto, you’re done.
