Help! hardware encoder not work

I have been using Shotcut for simple video editing since about 3 years ago.

After upgrading Shotcut to the latest version and the graphics card driver to the latest version, hardware encoding does not work.

I tried using auto-detection, but it didn’t detect anything.

The graphics card used is GTX 760.
The graphics card driver is also using the latest version.
Shotcut is also using the latest version.

This is the important message. Unfortunately, your graphics card is not supported by the newer version of Shotcut. This isn’t a choice of Shotcut. Some libraries that we depend on dropped support for old hardware. You can go back to the older version. Or, switch to a software encoder.

If I go back to a previous version, which version should I go back to?

I would suggest to go back to 23.09 before the NVIDIA SDK was upgraded
