Hardware - mimimum - recommended for shotcut

Hi All, It’s been crazy busy but I don’t recall (please forgive me if this has been answered) what are the specific hardware minimum and recommended specs to run shotcut.

CPU speed?
iCore 7 enough?
GPUs
GPUs cores?
Graphic card manufacturers?

Desktops are best but I need mobility so I’m trying to decide on laptop models.

Thanks for sharing the minimums.

I’m looking for recommended specs as well as a discussion re: which graphic cards and manufacturers so when I phone Dell I can tel them exactly what I want. Thank you.
