hardware encoder not found latest flatpack 24-11-17

What is your operating system?
Ubuntu 24.04 studio
What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)?
Older working 24-04-01
not working 24-11-17

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?
When setting UHD export using hardware acceleration causes the export to fail with error 11.

When checking in configure I get no no hardware acceleration found, hence the failed export.
Turning of this allows the export.
This on 24-11-17

On version 24.04.01 all is fine.
Just a heads up.

Provide more information please because it works for me on AMD Radeon. Which hardware? Only UHD? What is the export job log?

Hi Thanks for the reply,
I’m using a trigkey S7 with a radeon chip. This seems so fast doing the exports.
I’m trying to find what error 11 is ( that’s from the logs)
