Is there a way to create new custom grids to be added to the grid menu?
I’ve the damn 9:16 vertical video for social media
and it would be nice to have a grid that display the 5:4 area
and the 1:1 area over it.

You can make your own transparent PNG to place on a top video track that you hide before export.
