When I put WMA audio files in Shotcut, when I move the timeline, the audio glitches.
That is because Camtasia can’t support WMA audio.
I can use WMA to MP3 converting websites to fix the problem.

Actually, You have already solved your topic. The only thing I would suggest is to use audacity instead of websites, because some websites are not safe. Whereas, Audacity is audio editing software with more functionality and it’s also opensource and free😄.
