Framing a moving image inside a square or similar

Hi, is there a way in Shotcut to place a moving video inside a frame, square or other figure, e.i. that the moving video does not takes the entirety of the screen or even if such moving video can be placed in a corner or somewhere else. Example above:

Yes.

Here is a great tutorial for that.
The filter in the video has been updated to Size, Position & Rotate in Shotcut’s current version.
Instruction in the video is still valid with the updated filter.

Too bad Tux Designer stopped making videos. I learned a lot from his tutorials when I first started using Shotcut.
