So i exported video as 60FPS. and it rends as 25fps, i compared both and i see no difference
base video is way smoother
If you override the frame rate in Export > Advanced > Video you did it wrong. There is plenty of information pushed to you here and in the app about the importance of Settings > Video Mode.
