Filter tooltip not shown

I use Shotcut version 22.06.23 on Win10

I have seen videos of people using shotcut. When hovering the mouse over filters in the filters lists a tooltip on the bottom of the list with informations about the filter is shown.

I don’t get these tooltips! What do I have to do to get them shown?

That is 3 years old. Most software changes over time; you can upgrade.
