Filter "Slide in" and then Shake

Hi everyone. Noob here. Is there a way to slide in a logo from right or left and then have it sort of shake - like rotate maybe 2 degrees and then back to zero?

I’m able to do the sliding in part with the filter but how do I do the rotate 2 degrees and back to zero while the first filter is applied at that part?

Would appreciate any guidance.

Use Keyframes on the Rotation in the same filter.
