The Reframe filter is viewable and works only when Output is selected. It does not appear in track filters. (Version 24.09.13)

Ensure you are exporting from timeline. If you attempt to export from a marker (even though the video is in the timeline) it will fail consistently.

@pmmvideostudio The export also fails for me with the Nvidia 3060 hardware encoder (h264_nvenc, hevc_nvenc). Try unchecking the hardware encoder.
I’m sorry I don’t understand, I’m sending a video of me doing it and it doesn’t work.
Change the Reframe size/width from 609 to 608. Most video codec and pixel formats require the width to be an even number.
You are affected by this bug
I do not recommend to turn off the hardware encoder to try to workaround this issue. From the export job log:

Thanks to SHOTCUT, I am able to produce a video like this when I get back to the studio in 12 hours. Thank you all for developing this great program which is still free.
