"File --> Open other" always leads to crash

What is your operating system?
Zorin OS 16.1

What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)? Is it 32-bit?
Shotcut version 22.04.25

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?

  1. Open Shotcut
  2. File → Open Other
  3. Shotcut crashes

Also happens when using keyboard shortcut.

I do not reproduce it on Ubuntu 20.04. Are you using a package provided by us: portable, snap, AppImage, or Flatpak? If you are not sure, show the first 10 or so lines from View > Application Log…

As a workaround, use the Open Other button on the main toolbar: image
