Feature Request: Auto subtitle or speech-to-text recognition

Hi, I am here to suggest to add auto subtitle or speech-to-text recognition through using VOSK-API or any other similar software to achieve it.

It could be better if make this feature to be a plugin, optional for others to install. Thanks for effort.

Use an external software to achieve TTS, preferably a text to speech AI - as it’s faster and easier and also gives accurate results in many different languages/voices
