[Feature request] Add SVT-AV1 encoder/decoder

Please to add SVT-AV1 encoder and decoder, SVT-AV1 encoder is very fast and I have tried it on Linux with FFmpeg which has been built with --enable-libsvtav1

I would appreciate this as well. Have been enjoying SVT-AV1. Speed is there (faster than x265 in many comparable cases), quality is there (although it does want a lower CRF or it smooth details), user friendliness is there (less complicated, easier to learn than others).

I started to publish gameplays in AV1 format on Odysee because it gives me more quality in less space than x264, but AOM-AV1 is extremely slow. I think that SVT-AV1 is faster, so I would appreciate its addition to Shotcut.
