Failed to make proxy

I am working on a project using windows 10 from my gopro9
Most of the tracks in the project will make a proxy file but so far two tracks have failed to make a proxy file
how can i get shotcut to make those tracks tracks a proxy file
here is the logfile of one of the failed tracks . thanks
When i tried to post here the full log I got this
An error occurred: Sorry, new users can only put 2 links in a post.
so i cut half the log out hoping it will let me post

Turn off Settings > Proxy > Use Hardware Encoder because that is not working reliably on your system. I doubt it is really much faster than CPU for this this task on your system.

Also you should verify the video files failing to get proxy are not corrupt by opening them in Shotcut’s Source player, which does not trigger proxy. Play a few parts of them.

Thanks heaps i tried that out and i worked !
Whats
Shotcut’s Source player, ? . do you mean just the normal player without proxies turned on . ?

“Source” is the name of a tab that appears in the English version of the UI below the player. You can drag and drop a file on the player, use File > Open, or double click a playlist item to open it in the Source player. This is fundamental to how Shotcut operates.
