That toggle button doesn’t seem to persist with the duration save as default etc…
It depend on how you add it, if you double click on the circles in the upper corners on the climb and there is a track bellow, then the opacity option will be checked, if there is no track bellow, then it will not be checked, because it only make sense if there is a clip bellow.
