Extract an image from a movie

When I export an image of a movie in 720 X 1280, it becomes distorted. Can someone help me? Thank you.

I use the latest version of SC under Win 10 with a Dell i7. the project is in HD ready.

This feature (File > Export Frame) does not correctly handle video with non-square pixels (aka anamorphic). It is a bug. I can see 3 workarounds:

Adjust the size of the image in an image editing tool to fix it.
Use the Windows Snipping tool instead.
Copy the clip, go to Source, select 1 frame using the trimming tools, and Export that 1 frame using the stills/JPEG preset.
