Hi there! Hoping someone may be able to help me. My video is exporting black with no sound? I have slides and a video that have been combined. The slides show but the video is black and there is no sound. HELP please! Thanks!!

Where do you have display problems, right on your computer or on television or on Yutue?
Have you chosen the right codec for the use you want to make of it?
And again, when you export the video to the folder you have chosen, besides giving it the name, do you also see if its final extension is present and correct?
For example: .MOV or .MP4, or h264, and more.
The presence next to the name of the final extension is important.
It is equally important that this final extension is of the type corresponding to the use you want to make of the video.
You can’t pick one at random.
If the final extension is not the right one for your intended use, you may have problems.
