Export too long

I am trying to export my video to which I have added some images and some text, but the export takes too long, I let it run all night but it was barely at 4%, I don’t know not if it comes from my home or from the software but I would like to have help please

here is the file i would like to export : sss.mlt (54.4 KB)

Have you tried using .jpg instead?
