Export failes when Hardware encoder is enabled

My Exports where working fine for the past 6 months and all of a sudden it got extremely slow. I used to be able to render a 30sec video in like 2min and now it takes like 15min at least…

I realised that the hardware encoder box was not checked now and i enabled it again but now the export fails immediatly when i try to export..
