This is your problem. I suggest to turn off Hardware Encoding in the export settings. Alternately, you could try changing settings to make it compatible with your video card. Maybe switch to progressive.
Are you sure this is what you want to do? 90% of the time, when people change the resolution in the export settings, they should really be changing the resolution in the Video Mode
