I edited a video (just a couple simple cuts) and once I exported it the audio was fine but it will display 1 frame every 1 minute and 3 seconds.
I exported it in all default settings except for me changing the frame rate to 60 fps and enabling hardware acceleration.
My computer is high end mid teir.
On my crappy laptop shotcut works just fine.
Hopefully somebody gives me help on this frustrating issue.

Turn off hardware encoder or set Export > Advanced > Codec > B frames to 0.
