[consumer avformat] Could not open ‘C:/Users/msfd0/Videos/AosGMAING.mp4’

This is covered somewhere in the FAQ. It is probably due to “Controlled folder access” in Windows Settings that only you or someone else with access to your computer can fix (not Shotcut software).
