Everytime I upload files to ShotCut playlist it shows up a popup to convert files ... how to prevent this?

Im facing an issue on upload to playlist … everytime I get this convert pop - up message

I use open camera app on a samsung S10e …

Any suggestion of app or setup to prevent it ?

How can I setup the app to record better and do not get this issue message ?
