Error when exporting to .ogg

I am trying to import .ogg audio, cut it and export back to .ogg. But while exporting, it fails and says that operation is failed. Why?

Why are you using shotcut to import, cut and export audio? something like audacity would be a much better fit than a video editor.

Shotcut can be used to edit audio as well if you do not need sample level precision (25 fps gives 40ms precision, for example, while 60 fps by Settings > Video Mode gives 16.67 ms), and some people might like the familiarity or behavior of Shotcut.

In any case, @1119 did not specify how you tried to setup Export. It is not enough to change the Format field. Rather, you should use the Ogg Vorbis preset. The next version will include a reorganized Export panel to encourage people to use the presets and put other things into an Advanced area you must open.
