Equal volume across several clips

I am wondering if there is an easy way to create a balanced level of volume for multiple clips. I have a series of videos of people talking (200 clips in total) and want to string them together into one video. The only problem is that some of them are talking louder than others. I don’t really want to edit the gain on each clip individually to make it a consistent volume for the entire video. Any help would be appreciated!

Shotcut does have a limiter filter and a normalize filter, you’d have to copy it to each clip together however(though no manual gain adjustments) I belive you can save the project use “open mlt as clip” to import an entire project as a single clip and then normalize that instead however i’ve never attempted such a thing.

You can apply the Normalize: One Pass filter to a track or to the main project.
