Enlarge pixel art video without blurring?

I’d like to use a pixel art gif that’s 48 x 27, scaled up to 1920 x 1080, but maintain the pixels, instead of blurring the pixels.

I start out with this image

But once I export, my video turns to this

Any way I can accomplish this?

Nevermind, I figured it out.

It’s pixel art, so I guess this is different, but I just exported it at 100% quality in the codec with progressive scan mode, one field deinterlacer and nearest neighbor interpolation, and it came out absolutely crystal clear.

48 x 40 = 1920
27 x 40 = 1080
