For some reason when I download the .exe for shotput it downloads as 113.34 MB but the file lists say it’s 118.9 MB. Any reason for the discrepancy?
The SHA1 checksum matches so my guess is they convert wrongly* to MB:
113 MB = 118,942,488 bytes → they just divide by 1.000.000 instead of 1024*1024 as computers do
*The unit megabyte is commonly used for 1000^2 (one million) bytes or 1024^2 bytes.
