I am trying to download 24.09.13 and I’m constantly getting this error message.
Please help on how to fix this.
That is not a download file missing. That is an installer problem because this file is locked by Windows from being overwritten. You need to ensure there is no running shotcut.exe or melt.exe in Task Manager. Reboot is a sure way to fix that.
