Davinci Resolves Control Panels Hardware Support

Hello,

The footer of Shotcut’s website says:

Shotcut is a free, open source, cross-platform video editor for Windows, Mac and Linux. Major features include support for a wide range of formats; no import required meaning native timeline editing; Blackmagic Design support for input and preview monitoring; and resolution support to 4k.

Does this mean that these control panels are supported? (which would be awesome).

Thank you,

I am trying to assess if Shotcut can be used for a small team of professionals doing full-time video editing and color treatment, so support for this type of hardware would be awesome.

No, we do not currently directly support any specialized control peripherals, but a user has contributed a keyboard mapping for the Contour Shuttle Pro. The mention above is about support for their DeckLink SDI and Intensity HDMI peripherals. I do not think the Blackmagic Design control console is open as it is not listed on their developer page as having a SDK.
