Crop and resize in GPU

Is there a way to crop and resize the occasional clip in a sequence while in GPU mode?
Crop: Source appears to do it, but cropped clips do not render out full frame. Adding Size and Postion does not help. The input is 5312 x 2988, the test crops are to 3840 x 2160 and render resolution is 3840 x 2160.

Use Size and Position by itself. Any size larger than the project resolution crops.

Thanks Dan, that does it. I had tried Size and Position on its own, but was using it the wrong way.
