For counting down the seconds, there’s a very simple solution: the stopwatch filter.

• Choose the SS format, the “down” direction, the duration, and optionally the start delay. That’s it.
  No AI required.
  Same thing for the years: at “00.32.55.000”, replace the last four digits “5.000” with the start date.
