Learn how to create a cool text reveal effect in Shotcut! In this video, I’ll show you how to make text split into two pieces, revealing a video underneath, and then come back together. Watch and learn this fun and creative technique!
Hey I was wondering, how do you get the text/keyboard commands you give on the recording. Like when you press num0 it shows at bottom center you have pressed it.
You go to settings, and tell the screen recorder to show any key you press.
That’s ig is very incomplete, just go to my screen recorder and tell if to do so is the worst way you could guide someone ?
You have to specify the specific screen recorder software you use and what settings you go to do that, it could be that my and your screen recording software are different
I use Debut Screen recorder by NCH Software I use version 10.25
After downloading it in their official website, and installing it.
From the screen a big “A” will be shown under optional effects
Click the A,
A side panel will pop out,
Click on *Display Keyboard Clicks
Then you click x on the panel
Then there’s a red circle, you click it to record
This is a very cool looking effect @TLR_Pictures
A couple of weeks ago I found a nice keystroke visualizer called Keystro App on the Microsoft Store.
It shows keystrokes of course, but there 's also a very cool cursor highlighter and you can turn ON keyboard sounds. There’s a lot of customization settings.
The free version displays a watermark. But the paid version is only $5.99 (Canadian dollars) for a lifetime license.
It’s available for Windows 10 and up and for MacOS.
The only missing option in my opinion is mouse sounds. I don’t particularly care for the keystroke sounds, but mouse clicks would have been nice.
This is great,
I know Shotcut has a typewriter effect on the roadmap, but this app can make that effect. I have to check it out today, I like it .
And this work can work perfectly with OBS
