Hi, for now I just have one suggestion, reinstall and clear the settings (it’s an install option) while installing again. Hope it helps.
Try not adding tracks first. Just open a clip and add it to the timeline by clicking + or drag-n-drop. It automatically adds a track when you do that. Then, try to add an audio track when you need it. I have not been able to reproduce the crash using the steps shown in your video.
