Crash - Shotcut occasionally crashes when moving a clip to the start of the Timeline

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?

REPRO RATE: 11/20, reproduced on various different machines.

REPRO STEPS:

  1. Launch Shotcut.
  2. Open a video file by dragging it over Shotcut (.mkv files were used during testing).
  3. Drag the video to the Timeline.
  4. Split the video once at any point along the Timeline. (Hotkey: S).
  5. Delete the clip connected to the start of the video (Hotkey: Delete).
  6. Quickly drag the remaining clip to the start of the Timeline.
  7. Observe Shotcut might crash.

User observed Shotcut occasionally crashes when dragging a clip to the start of the timeline.
This occurs when User quickly moves a clip to the start of the timeline immediately after deleting a clip that is located at the start of the timeline.

I have not reproduce it yet after 10 tries. Please test the newest version 23.09 released today.

Cannot reproduce in 20/20 attempts on version 23.09.
