I cannot use shotcut anymore, when I try to open any file it says that the application requested the runtime terminate in an unsual way. Then it closes and that’s it…
I downloaded the program again but is not working… help!!

I have the 2013 version and I just downloaded the update but it is still not working 
ok, I downloaded now this 3174417 hotfix, but what does it mean “rebuilding and redeploying the affected binaries”… ? Do you know that perhaps?
