Converting to m2t files for Leightronix. (Help)

Hi, I am using a legacy Leightronix E-HD2 for programming a PEG Channel locally. I am trying to convert to 720 for m2t but I am not sure what to use for the video mode? I tried NTSC and 720/60fps and both cause video tiling when files are exported to our local cable provider. I am NOT an engineer, just a videographer who is tasked with doing programming and I am at a loss. This is what Leightronix support sent me for exporting presets but don’t know what to choose for video mode preset when you import a new file. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

The video mode is clearly “HD 720p 60 fps” (as it appears in Shotcut’s menu).
