I am using shotcut extensively to create slideshows (with sporadic videos). Since the addition of the multi-selection feature, that’s a lot easier since it allows me dragging all pictures in one action to the timeline -> thanks a lot for that.
The only thing that is currently missing from my perspective, is the ability to select all images on the timeline and then to apply a transition between each one of them (e.g. a 1 second transition). That’s something that would make the tool much more user-friendly and then you could claim that the slideshow-generator is complete (at least as minimal viable product).
