Comment: UI for video but not image

I have both mp4 and png elements on my timeline

click the mp4, properties, see Comment: (textbox)

click png, no comment. I’m kinda curious why every element doesn’t get a comment.

I’d like something I can use to tag things so I can find them in the xml later.

I have been meaning to do this. I just added it for the next version 19.08. It should also get a menu button with some handy actions like Open in Folder and Copy File Path. I added those as well.
