Is there a way to combine .MLT files into the same playlist? I have two playlists for the same project in seperate files and would prefer the drag and drop convenience of the playlist rather than dumping them each to the timeline. So…not adding the 2nd file as a clip.Thanks
You could open one of the .MLT files export it using the Each Playlist Item function.
Then open the second .MLT and do the same.
Then drag and drop all the resulting clips into a new playlist.
Carefully edit the XML of the .mlt files in a text editor. It really helps alot to understand the principles of XML.
That solution is good but I have over 100 marked clips would be too time consuming for this project. thanks
