I’m just asking around IF anyone knows the answers.
Who knows???
This has nothing to do with Shotcut editing tool.
It’s too bad that I read that NO HDMI-to-RCA ( AV ) to analog TV will NOT path Closed Captioning through HDMI-to-RCA cable into the analog TV set.
This been going on for years since NEW HD-TV came out.
But High Tech people has NOT done enough for Deaf people and it’s community to improve technology with HDMI to AV analog TV to path Closed captioning data. They say that there will never be a solution beyond in our lives!!
I wish that there’s a box with HDMI-IN with AV out for analog TV set that support Closed Captioning. And a USB port with it to record from HDMI-IN.
I also read, which I may misread it, that have a COAX cable from HDMI-to-AV that would path Closed captioning??
